Expanding the Stilleben Print Collection

Palm
and Normative are this seasons new posters.
It's almost impossible not to notice them – their strong and refreshing blue colour insists on attention.

Stilleben Print Collection, Normative, Leise Dich Abrahamsen
The motifs are created by Leise Dich Abrahamsen. Through many years we have had the pleasure of Leise’s artworks among our prints and originals in the store, and she has always been a master of a certain poetic quirkiness. With Palm and Normative she proofs this one more time.

Leise Dich Abrahamsen has been a part of the Stilleben Print Collection since its beginning, where she contributed with Mountain and Blue Mountain. This time ‘nature’ inspired her again. She describes the new motifs as small parts of a journey in an unfolding landscape – as guidelines or anchor points along the way.

The organic white shapes slowly appear when the canvas is covered in blue, and the very well-defined compositions arise determined mostly by the non-coloured parts.

As all posters in the collection these are also printed on quality paper at Narayana Press in Denmark.
