Production

Our bags and pouches are produced in the Conghua district on the coast of the South Chinese Sea in China. The factory was founded in 2008 and specializes in the production of bags and totes in cotton, canvas and recycled materials. They employ 200 skilled seamstresses. The factory has ISO9001:2008 certification and has passed Sedex 4 Pillar audit. They have a large degree on transparency regarding their production and processes.

NB: For countries outside of EU, delays may occur due to custom controls. In general, delays may occur on special busy occasions - for example Christmas. 
General shipping prices do not apply for our tables and cabinets. There are special delivery times for larger pieces of furniture such as cabinets and tables.

Items bought on stilleben.dk are fully returnable and refundable within 30 days upon receipt. If you want to return an item please let us know within 14 days upon receipt by sending an email to netshop@stilleben.dk. Please explain which item(s) you want to return and return the item(s) within 14 days after letting us know.

NB: The right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item.

We don’t offer free returns but you can buy a return label at returpakke.dk. This option is only available to customers residing in Denmark.
When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to the account or gift card used for the purchase.
