Establisted in 2002

Stilleben designs and produces their own collections of Tableware, Textiles, and Interior. The design and production focuses on high quality materials and skilled craftsmanship, resulting in valuable and long lasting products.

Stilleben was founded in 2002 by Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft. Both are educated product designers from The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, specializing in glass and ceramics. Their shared passion for good craftsmanship and peculiar objects has been part of Stilleben since the very beginning.

The Stilleben flagship store, located in Frederiksborggade 22 in the center of Copenhagen, displays our full collection alongside a carefully curated mix of handmade ceramics and glassware, one of a kind-products, textiles, furniture and prints – all handpicked by the two founders.

The Stilleben duo also designs products for acknowledged Danish design companies such as Kähler, Georg Jensen, Skagerak, Motarasu, Silkeborg Uldspinderi and Lyngby Porcelæn.
