If you regret your purchase, you can return one or more products from your order within 30 days.

Please note that this label can only be used for return orders shipped from Denmark.

How it works:

1. Purchase a return label here on this page. You will receive it by email within 5-10 minutes.
2. Pack the order using the original packaging and shipping box.
3. Ensure the old label is covered.
4. Write the return code on the box/show the QR code at the parcel shop.
5. Drop off the package at a GLS Parcel Shop. You can find the nearest one here.
6. Once we have received and processed your return shipment, you will receive a notification, and the refunded amount should be visible in your account within 3-7 business days.
