As part of 3daysofdesign 2023 Stilleben teamed up with the Danish furniture brand TAKT. To celebrate our shared passion of producing long-lasting and sustainable products, we created the presentation Tablescapes.

Sublime craftsmanship - handmade bamboo lamps
Designed by Japanese artist Tani Toshiyuki and crafted by Japanese bamboo masters, the Japanese handmade lamps encompasses skilled craftsmanship, history and a modern outlook bringing the ancient craft into contemporary settings and making them relevant and relatable.
In Stilleben's flagship store you are able to experience a selection of these works of art up close.

Art for everyone. Poul Gernes x Stilleben Print Collection: Kærlighed og Kirsebær
The colourful, bold works of Danish artist Poul Gernes (1925-96) communicate directly with the viewer. With easily recognizable motifs and highly decorative art placed in the public sphere, he sought to make art accessible to everyone.
In this unique collaboration with the Gernes Foundation, Stilleben presents two Gernes prints into our Print Collection.

Touring Japan - Stilleben pop-up in Nagano. Rhubarb treats and Danish design
Stillebens tour of pop-up shop in Japan is continuing throughout 2022. Curated by our partners Nomad Inc the tour continues at the Omokage book&craft shop in Nagano.
Alongside displays of Stilleben's collections of glassware, stoneware and linen textiles, owner Kensuke Iwai will be serving homegrown rhubarb treats inspired by traditional Danish recipes for visitors to the pop-up to sample while shopping.

'For the sake of keeping' - Robynn Storgaard ceramics
Copenhagen based ceramicist Robynn Storgaard celebrates slow living and conscious consumption in her work rooted in the concept and philosophy ‘For the Sake of Keeping’.
Robynn has just launched her first collection produced in a small, family owned ceramics factory. All items are handmade and her favorite details from her studio works has been incorporated into the design, making her ceramic keepsakes more accessible to a larger audience while still maintaining the link to the one-of-a-kind pieces she makes in her studio.

Hej! JPN - Stilleben touring Japan
Stilleben's ties with Japan goes back several years with a mutual respect and fascination with the skilled craftsmanship and traditions of Japanese pottery, woodwork and long lasting aesthetic.
During 2022 Stilleben can be experienced in a series of pop-up shops across Japan, starting in Tokyo this April.

Giving new life to vintage quilts - introducing Daisy and Beulah
Danish company Daisy and Beulah specializes in antique patchwork quilts from North America. Each quilt is unique and hand sewn up to 200 years ago. Each represents a labour of love and countless hours of careful stitching.
The mission of Daisy and Beulah is to keep the traditions relevant by inserting the quilts and quilt products in contemporary settings as both decorative and useful items.
